SHIPPING POLICY

All of our bespoke made products include free postage and packing costs.  These may be by Royal Mail or a courier all dependant on the best service for the size product at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products, we are happy to refund in full.  Should any product be incorrect due to wrong information being sent/verified by the customer, a refund is not available in this case.  Please feel free to contact our team if you have any queries over product standards.

PAYMENT METHOD

Our shop payments are all processed by Pay Pal, an external regulated source to keep your details secure.
